Junior Golf at Fynn Valley
Junior Golf has been at the heart of Fynn Valley since its inception. To date the club have helped many young golfers from starting out in the game to turning professional, and have had young golfers representing England who learnt to play at and were members of Fynn Valley.
Every Saturday at the Golf Range there are Junior Group lessons for non members from 1-2pm, costing £3.50. Coaching is from a PGA professional and all equipment is provided. The minimum age is roughly five years old, up to a maximum of 15 years old. These sessions are very relaxed and informal and a great way to gauge whether golf is something a child will enjoy. There is no need to book in for these sessions, just come along. Very occasionally a session may not be running due to other commitments, so a telephone call in advance may be a good idea: 01473 785267 option 1.
Individual one to one tuition is available for all juniors, whatever their ability, and balls and equipment are provided. Prices start from £12.50 for half an hour, book 5 lessons in a four month period and get the 6th free of charge.
Unlimited rounds on the Par Three Nine Hole Course are only £5 per day for Juniors and club hire is available. No dress code, just soft soled shoes are required. A really great value day out for children.
Juniors are also welcome to use the golf range.
