The testing 18 hole par 70 golf course measures 6391 yds from the white tees and is set, as the name suggests, overlooking the picturesque Fynn Valley. Opened in 1991, the parkland course has developed into an interesting test of golf, with tree-lined fairways, contoured greens and just under 100 bunkers.
The 9 hole Par Three Course measures 957 yards and has a par of 27. There is no dress code and club hire is available. This course is ideal for beginners, juniors and those wishing to practice their short game. Maintained to a high standard with bunkers and natural hazards it provides a good test of golf for everyone. For further information please see the Golf Range page.
M.D./Club Secretary Tony Tyrrell, Head Greenkeeper Andrew Offord and the greenstaff pride themselves on their presentation and both the 18 and 9 hole courses are maintained to the highest possible standards. The courses are very free-draining and temporary greens and tees are not generally required. The higher area of the course allow an uninterrupted view of the famous Suffolk skies...a round at Fynn Valley is so much more than just golf!
